We used 4 bananas instead of 3 and it made the batter a thicker texture than I expected, but it came out very good and highly moist. I would recommend following the recipe and only using 3 bananas.
Basically, I am a year from graduating college, which means the real world... and I am terrified of the kitchen! I feel inexperienced and uneducated on everything that has to do with that part of the house. So I am forcing myself to learn how to cook and not only cook but cook healthy! Walking away from processed carbs in a can or frozen box! Most importantly, my best friend is embarking on this journey with me!
